Wildwood Dog Show - 2-1-09

Award

Bobbie of Almost There has honored me with 'Your Blog is Fabulous' award. I wouldn't go that far, but I do appreciate the compliment.

I do like this award for the fact that a dog is in it. However, I am not a small dog person. I prefer medium to big dogs. My fav is black labs. Second would have to be golden's.

Anyway I have to list five addictions. My first thought was 'just five.' Okay, so here we go.

1. Animals.

2. Books.

3. Taking pictures.

4. Yard work.

5. Nature.

So there are just five of my addictions.

I am supposed to past the award onto five others. Bobbie though has been gracious enough to let me break this rule. But with any award that I may be given, I always have an open invitation for anyone to take the award for themself or to pass it onto someone else.

Thank you again Bobbie for this award. I am truly honored.

Camera Critters

He is a little annoyed that I was taking his picture.

These are my not so little kittens. They are over a year now and as big, pretty and handsome as can be.

The one in front looks heavy, but she isn't. She is about 10lbs. Her name is Yipper. First I called her Tiger, but when she started to meow she didn't. She yipped. Hence her name.

The one behind Yipper looks thin, but trust me, he is anything but. He is a big boy, weighing in at around 17lbs. His name is Ralphy a/k/a Ralph Mouth, Mr. Handsome, Fat Boy etc.

I tried to get better pictures of them, but they were not cooperating with me.

Looking at the sky on Friday

I was at one of my favorite spots, Cape May Point. There had been a lot of rain and puddles everywhere. When I seen the clouds and blue sky reflected in one of the puddles, I had to take the picture.

These pictures are a couple years old and taken pre-digital camera.

I took a bus trip to Longwood Gardens around Christmas. The first shot is during the day. The second at night. Every so many minutes the foundations would come on and dance to music. Very magical.
