Watery Wednesday

San Francisco Bay
This was taken in 1938 by my Aunt and Uncle.
When I was going through their pictures. I came across this one. This is my favorite. I love black & white, but most of all, I love the battleships in the bay.

That is one old photo, very cool. I bet they had a story to go along with it.

1938? Whoa! I have an idea - go back & see if you can stand in the same place & snap another photo to see the differences between then & now!!! That would be fun to compare! So Coo!

What a cool entry and a great, old black and white photo. Did you instantly think of Watery Wednesday when you came across this photo? :-D

i love the way there is no horizon in the photo - everything is sort of in the same environment - gives it a rather sci-fi feeling
